DueDay Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 October 2026
DueDay is an iPhone app made by Muhammad Anser. This policy explains how DueDay handles your information.
Summary
DueDay doesn't collect any data. Everything you add stays on your iPhone.
What DueDay stores
What you add is stored only on your iPhone, where only DueDay and its widget can read it:
- Items: a name, an icon, a category, the date you last did it, how often it repeats and your reminder setting.
- Days To Go countdowns: a name, an icon and a date.
This data is included in your iPhone's backups (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer) if you use them. Those backups belong to your Apple Account; the developer can't access them.
Reminders
Reminders are optional. The first time you turn one on, iOS asks whether DueDay may send notifications. Reminders are scheduled by iOS on your iPhone and nothing is sent over the internet. Like other notifications, they can appear on your Lock Screen. Turn a reminder off in the item, or turn off DueDay's notifications in Settings.
Widget
If you add the Next Up widget, it shows your next items on your Home Screen. Remove the widget if you don't want them shown there.
What DueDay doesn't do
- No account or sign-in.
- No internet connection: DueDay never sends or receives any data.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking.
- No third-party code or SDKs.
- Nothing is shared with or sold to anyone.
Deleting your data
Delete an item in the app (open it, tap Edit, then Delete Item) or a countdown (tap it, then Delete Countdown), or delete DueDay to remove all of its data from your iPhone.
Children
DueDay is suitable for all ages and doesn't collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new effective date.
