Questions

How do I add an item?

On the Due tab, tap +. Enter a name, pick an icon and a category, set when you last did it and how often it repeats (every so many days, weeks, months or years), then tap Add.

How do I mark something as done?

Open the item and tap Mark Done. The last done date becomes today and the next due date moves forward.

How do I change or delete an item?

Open the item and tap Edit. Delete Item is at the bottom of the form.

What's the difference between Due Soon and Recently Done?

Recently Done lists items you did in the last 7 days that aren't due in the next 7 days. Everything else is under Due Soon, with the most urgent first.

How do reminders work?

Open an item, tap Edit and turn on Reminder. Choose when: on the due date, or 1, 3 or 7 days before, at 9:00. DueDay asks for permission to send notifications the first time. When you tap Mark Done, the reminder moves to the next due date. DueDay doesn't keep reminding you about overdue items.

I don't get reminders.

Check that notifications are allowed in Settings → Notifications → DueDay. The form also shows when the next reminder will arrive; if that time has already passed, choose a later option such as "On the due date".

What is Days To Go?

Countdowns to dates such as a birthday, a vacation or a wedding. On the Days To Go tab, tap +, then enter a name, an icon and the date. Tap a countdown to change or delete it. Once the date has passed, the countdown shows how long ago it was. Countdowns don't repeat, so change the date for next year.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty part of the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for DueDay, choose the small or medium size and tap Add Widget. The widget shows the three items due soonest.

Where is my data?

Only on your iPhone. DueDay has no account and never connects to the internet. Your items are included in your iPhone's own backups. There's no syncing between devices.
